Founded in June 2025, McCuddy’s Marine Insurance, LLC was built from the dock up. Our founder, Max McCuddy, grew up surrounded by marina’s, boat slips, and bold ambition. His grandfather built McCuddy’s Marina, the largest privately owned marina operation in the Pacific Northwest. 

Despite the region’s deep maritime roots, Max noticed a serious gap—no local insurance agency truly understood or prioritized marine businesses. So he set out to change that. McCuddy’s Marine Insurance was launched to serve the very industry Max grew up in, offering tailored protection for marinas, yacht clubs, boat dealers, brokers, and more.

We’re not just another insurance agency—we’re the next chapter of a legacy built on grit, growth, and Never settling for average. Our vision? To become the go-to marine-based insurance agency in the country.
